How thick is the pile of a Moroccan rug?

Handmade production: 5–7 weeks

Shipping after completion: Approximately 3–7 business days to the USA

Once your rug ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Are the rugs clean when they arrive?

Yes. Before shipping, each rug goes through a finishing process that includes cleaning and quality inspection.

Your rug will arrive ready to enjoy in your home.

However, because handmade rugs are made from natural fibers, they may have a natural wool scent when first unpacked. This usually fades with airing and normal use.

Can I wash my Moroccan rug myself?

We recommend professional cleaning for handmade Moroccan rugs.

Because each rug is made from natural fibers and may contain delicate handmade details, improper washing can damage the wool, colors, or structure.

For regular care:

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
